  Personnel testing and estimation

The organization of questioning the applicants or employees of the Client’s company. The analysis and presentation of conclusions to the Client.

The Client receives the information:

  • IF THE CANDIDATE IS ABLE TO TAKE UP ONE OR ANOTHER POSITION AND IF YES, THEN BY WHITH CRITERIA;
  • TO CARRY OUT THE ANALYSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE SPECIFIC POSITION AND TO MAKE A COMPARISON FOR CONFORMITY (BY PROVIDING AN OBLIGATORY REFERENCE);
  • TO FORMULATE OBJECTIVE BEHAVIOURAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH EMPLOYEE;
  • TO KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT ONESELF WITH HIM, TO MANAGE AND TO MOTIVATE, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ALL FACTORS;
  • OBJECTIVELY TO SUBSTANTIATE, FORCAST AND PREVENT PROFESSIONAL OR BEHAVIOURAL DISCREPANCY AND TO ORIENTATE ANY EMPLOYEE;
  • SPECIAL CONFORMITY TESTS FOR SALES MANAGERS AND SELLERS;
  • CONFORMITY TESTS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CALL-CENTER;
  • TO DEFINE THE PROSPECTS AND AMBITIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE;
  • HIS BEHAVIOR UNDER PRESSURE AND HIS ABILITY TO MAKE DECISIONS;
